Board Members

Dr. Evans Kidero is an accomplished leader with a blend of expertise in political governance and corporate management. He has a proven track record of over thirty years shaping policy and advocating for economic development, infrastructure improvement and local & international trade.He holds a bachelors degree in pharmacy from the  University of Nairobi and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kenyan United States International University.

Harrison was nominated to the Board in March 2023. He is the Chair of the Human Resource & Administration Committee and a member of Technical matters Committee

Perez was nominated to the Board in March 2023. She is the Chair of the Technical Matters Committee and a Member of the Board Audit Committee

Leonard was nominated to the Board in March 2023. He is the Chair of the Board Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Technical matters Committees.

Meymuna was nominated to the Board in March 2023. She is the Chair of the Finance & Administration and a member of the Technical Matters Committees.

Jonah was nominated to the Board in February 2023 as the Alternate to the Principal Secretary, The National Treasury. He is a Member of the Finance & Administration, Technical matters and the Audit Committees

Nicholas was nominated to the Board in May 2023 as the Alternate to the Principal Secretary, State Department for Trade. He is a Member of the Finance & Administration and the Audit Committees

Lucy was appointed as the Managing Director on the 06^th of November 2024. She has previously served as General Manager Strategy, Risk Management & Compliance and as the Finance & Accounts Manager. She holds  Masters in Finance from the University of Nairobi, a bachelor’s degree in Education Kenyatta University, a holder of  CPA-K and she is a registered member  of ICPAK. Lucy has over 15 years’ experience in risk management and Finance.
